Intelligence gains three feature dashboards, and visitor communications get a facelift
Knowing how many bookings happened is one thing; knowing which rooms sit idle, when people actually sign up for events, and whether the service request queue is keeping pace is another. This release extends Intelligence with three new feature dashboards, and gives visitor communications the same kind of control — configurable badges, and invitation emails tenants can make their own.
Feature Dashboards: Resource Bookings, Events, and Service Requests
Intelligence's Feature Dashboards previously covered Content and Access Control. Three more verticals now sit alongside them, each with its own headline metrics, cards, and a use-case table for reading the results.
- Resource Bookings — Completed Bookings, Net Revenue, Total Hours Booked and Unique Bookers, with cards for bookings over time, day-of-week rhythm, per-building and per-resource breakdowns, credits redeemed by tenant, and a filterable Recent Bookings table
- Events — Total Events, Total Registrations, Check-in Rate and Net Revenue, with an engagement funnel, views by topic, sign-up heatmaps, and a per-sign-up table showing registrations, waitlist entries and cancellations
- Service Requests — Created and Completed Requests, Completion Rate and Average Completion Time, with created-versus-completed trend lines, a breakdown by service type, and completion times bucketed from under an hour to over 30 days
Every card follows the Timeframe filter, which defaults to the last 90 days. The trend and heatmap cards are the exception — they always show the last 13 complete weeks so the pattern stays comparable, and each headline metric carries a percentage change against the preceding period.
Badge Printing presets
Visitor badges are no longer a fixed layout. Admins configure presets that define which fields appear on a printed badge and how they are arranged.
- Multiple presets, one active: Build as many configurations as you need — different layouts per building or visitor type — with one designated active and used for all printing
- Automatic at check-in: Front desk staff print from the active preset, generated from the visitor's check-in data
Tenant-customizable visitor emails
The visitor invitation email now has two levels of control, so buildings can keep their branding while tenants speak in their own voice.
- Building admins own the framework: Branding, sender details, header text, check-in instructions, default custom text, signature, and attachments
- Tenant admins personalize their section: When the building admin enables it, tenant admins can edit the custom text section for their own visitors from the HqO web app — every other section stays locked
Smaller improvements
- Integrations — Yardi Lease Sync surfaces four summary counts on the integration page: Properties, Buildings, Mapped tenants, and Synced leases
- Service Requests — Multi-language support for service request configuration
